There are many ways to travel to Q-BASE. Read this information carefully and choose a means of transportation that fits your needs.
Do you want to travel to Q-BASE by public transport, then plan your trip on 9292.nl from your home to train station Venlo or Nijmegen. At these stations, buses will be available to take you to the Q-BASE site.
A return ticket for the bus from NS train station Nijmegen costs €21,- (ex service costs). The buses leave on Saturday between 4 PM and 10 PM. The buses leave on Sunday starting at 5 AM, back to NS train station Nijmegen.
A return ticket for the bus from NS train station Venlo costs €18,- (ex service costs). The buses leave on Saturday at 4 PM, 5.30 PM, 7 PM and 8.30 PM. The buses leave on Sunday starting at 5 AM, back to NS train station Venlo.
Note: all the buses depart at scheduled times and it’s only possible to order your tickets in advance. Book your tickets via Event Travel and choose the time you want to leave.
Shuttle buses will leave from train station Weeze to the Q-BASE site. The shuttle buses leave on Saturday between 4 PM and 2 AM from train station Weeze. The shuttle buses will leave on Sunday between 5 AM and 10 AM from the Q-BASE site.
Are you traveling to Q-BASE by plane, then use the shuttle bus service at Airport Weeze. The shuttle buses leave on Saturday between 4 PM and 23 PM from the arrival terminal at Airport Weeze. The shuttle buses leave on Sunday between 5 AM and 10 AM from the Q-BASE site.
The shuttle buses are free of charge.
If you are travelling from inside The Netherlands, you can book a bus ticket at EventTravel.nl. Event Travel organizes buses from more than 270 locations in the Netherlands to the Q-BASE festival site. This way, Q-BASE is still very easy to reach for visitors who aren’t able or willing to go by car. The bus takes a ‘door-to-door’ route, and you will be dropped off, and picked up next to the festival entrance.
You can order your bus tickets in combination with your Q-BASE entrance tickets, but it’s also possible to purchase a separate bus ticket.
Is your boarding location of choice not included in the schedule? When you’re traveling to Q-BASE with more than 15 people who all want to board at the same place, Event Travel will arrange a pick-up for you!
Are you organizing a bus trip by yourself, then please register your bus at OnlineTicket.nl. You’ll receive all the information you need a few days before the event. If you register your bus, no parking fee will apply. Unregistered buses will pay €35,- at arrival.
From Eindhoven: take the highway A67 via Venlo and continue on the A73 towards Nijmegen. At the A57, please take the exit Goch/Weeze.
Alternative route from Eindhoven: take the highway A67 via Venlo and continue on the B58 towards Straelen. Then take the B58 towards Geldern and continue on the B9 towards Kleve/Weeze.
Other parts of the Netherland: travel via Nijmegen, take the highway A73 and continue on the A77. At the A57, please take the exit Goch/Weeze.
The route to Q-BASE is clearly marked from all roads. Follow the “Q-BASE” signs and please follow instructions given to you by traffic officers, stewards and/or parking area staff.
Are you traveling to Q-BASE by car, but don’t have a parking voucher yet? Then make sure to order your parking voucher in advance via Paylogic. It’s also possible to order a parking voucher together with a Q-BASE entrance ticket. This gives you the benefit of only paying service costs once. A parking voucher costs €15,- online and €18,- on site.
Are you being dropped off and picked up? Then make sure to follow the “Q-BASE” signs. After following these signs, the ‘Kiss & Ride’ location will be indicated separately. Don’t agree on a different pickup location because some roads may be closed down. The ‘Kiss & Ride’ location will be clearly marked from all roads for both visitors and drivers.
A separate taxi stand will be available at the parking area. This location will be clearly marked for both taxi drivers and visitors. Taxis aren’t allowed to park at other locations. Finding a taxi after the event might cause problems. That’s why we strongly advice to arrange a different kind of transportation.
